I install module and cannot see module in the admin panel -> section Modules - Prestashop 1.5.x.x ?

Module on the Addons:  Social Referrals (3 in 1)

I installed the ZIP file via admin panel -> section Modules, but it does not appear in the overview and it is not installed. I get however the message that the module is installed ...?! Shop Version 1.5.6.1.
