1. Go to https://www.coinbase.com/oauth/applications/new link and login with your credentials
1.1 Enter your Application name in "Application name" field.
1.2 Enter your "Website": http://www.yoursite.com
1.3 Enter your Description in "Description" field.
1.4 Upload your "Icon"
1.5 Enter your "Permitted Redirect URIs": https://www.yoursite.com/module/MODULENAME/coinbase
"MODULENAME" - folder name with the module
1.6 Select checkbox I understand and accept Coinbase's Additional Terms for Developers
1.7 Click "Create Application" button
2. Copy the generated "Client ID" and "Client Secret"
