Go to https://vk.com/editapp?act=create
Fill the "Title" field.
Select "Category". Must be "Website"!
Site address must be http://www.yoursite.com/
Fill the "Base domain" field. This is your domain name without WWW.
Click "Connect Site" button.
Confirm Create Application.
Go to section "Settings"
Copy the generated "Application ID" and "Secure key".
